Hi, I’m Kelly McClellan – coach, consultant, and speaker with over a decade of experience helping people and organizations unlock their full potential.
I specialize in leadership development, career growth, and team effectiveness. Whether I’m coaching an emerging leader, designing a training program, or guiding a team through change, my goal is always the same: to help individuals and organizations thrive with purpose and clarity.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across healthcare, nonprofit, and corporate sectors—leading teams, managing multimillion-dollar programs, and navigating complex systems. Today, I bring that insight into my work with professionals who are ready to level up—and with businesses that are ready to turn challenges into meaningful progress.
